• Spain (Peninsula): €5.00 Flat Rate.

• Germany & European Union: €10.00 Flat Rate.

Every ZORELIAN accessory is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail at our studio in Valencia.

• Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days.

• You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your package is dispatched.

3. Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Spain (Peninsula): 1–4 business days.

• Germany & European Union: 2–7 business days.

• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically between 5–10 business days.

4. All-Inclusive Pricing (No Customs Fees)
ZORELIAN takes full responsibility for all customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees within the European Union. We ship our products on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means you will not be required to pay any additional tariffs or VAT upon the arrival of your package.

5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. ZORELIAN is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
